My View On “Obama to Set New Calorie Count Rules”
This is not infringing on YOUR right to choose or attempting to socially engineer eating disorder help habits. People are free to make their own decisions after being provided with the information to do so. If you don't want to read the calorie counts, don't. Nobody is telling YOU how to eat. I want that information freely available. You are infringing on my rights by preventing this from happening.
It is a no-brainer that the population needs help More
Analysis On “Huntsman Finds Center Stage”
Huntsman and Romney face the same dilemma. They cannot win the presidency without the support of the Bible Belt and the BB will not support a Morman.
Additionally, Huntsman is viewed as a RINO as he worked in the Obama administration. Romney has a millstone around his neck called Romneycare that will drag him down in the primaries as well as the general election. Neither is electable regardless of how to attract men much money they raise.

Thoughts On “Elephant Talk”
The soccer rule sounds like something that will be in America soon. Of course, it's easily handled. Just have the kids do an own goal after each score that would give them more than a 5 goal lead. That would end up being even more humiliating how to motivate a team the other team than seeing the score run up.
Baseball and softball tournaments have long had mercy rules. I suppose these will now have to be turned on their heads. If a team is More
My View On “Arthur B. Laffer: Cain’s Stimulating ’9″
As usual, another stupid idea! Why have three ways of calculating the tax? One tax calculated on sales is all you need. Every tax a corporation pays is buried in the sales price, sales tax, payroll tax, income tax, advalorem tax, excise tax etc. Everyone that purchases the product pays them, including the poor. You could reduce the price of your goods they purchase by eliminating all of the accounting costs it takes to calculate these taxes. People, More
An Opinion On “Sony Repairs PlayStation Glitch”
I hate Microsoft. I would much rather be using Linux right now. And I am a PS3 owner, and I love letters for him it. I'm not bashing Sony by saying they didn't fix anything. It was the logical decision. However, they should have COMMUNICATED it to us. You understand that the selective use of capital letters is for emphasis, correct? You calling it unprofessional is a riot. I wasn't aware that by posting as a reader of the WSJ I am held to More
Some Thoughts On “Microsoft Shows New ‘Mango’ Phone Software”
As long as Apple has iTunes in it's present state, they cannot claim any superiority when it come to software or OS. Sorry but iTunes has got to have one of the worse GUI in the computer world... it's 10 years old and has limited functionality.... it's a joke! I love sucks my iPhone 4G but managing it through iTunes just sucks... it's a horrible GUI!
And I'm not paying Apple more money with MobileMe just to have folders... I look forward to WP7 More
Criticism On “Crackdown on Illegal Labor Intensifies”
Many illegal immigrants pay tax file numberes on their income and file a tax return. They use a government-issued taxpayer ID number to substitute for a SS number on their tax return.
We see this every tax season in Jackson, WY. While I don't know the percentages, it's pretty high.
The immigrants also list their employer on the tax return. It's easy to figure out where illegal immigrants are working and target those businesses. It is also easy to More
A Response To “New U.S. Visa Fees Would Hit Indian Firms”
David,
You ignore the fact that businesses grew here to start with because of the stable government and the ability of the government to protect the businesses. Businesses threaten to go overseas but the reality is they want the protection of our military and enjoy their control of the US government. How many businesses would relocate to China or India? I doubt many would go to China because the Google experience shows the China government will More
A Commentary On “Markets Fear Gridlock Without Aid”
So let me get this straight...the only way we can continue is to have central banks print money out of thin air to fund govt and bailout the financial sector? Seriously..think about that..we have to distort interest rates in order to prop up sectors that are NOT productive enough to pay their own way...if govt was really so good at increasing workplace productivity productivity..you wouldn't have deficits would you? And if say..home building really More
Views On “U.S. February Auto Sales Climb 27%”
Michael - You need a lot better imagination. The FACT of the matter is that GM was bankrupted by the United Autoworkers Union, who were then were DIRECTLY rewarded with ~$6 BILLION in US car tax refundpayers funds.
Oh, since your imagination is so limited, $60 BILLION divided by a modest $1,000 profit per auto, an amount GM hasn't achieved since 1994, shows that GM will only need to sell 60,000,000 vehicles to return to profitability.
